    MELT® (Myofascia Energetic Lengthening Technique) Basics

    Learn new non-invasive techniques that help relieve inflammation and pain from conditions such as arthritis, carpal tunnel, plantar fascilitis, shoulder, neck and back issues. The MELT® Method uses specialized balls and foam rollers to rebalance the body and rehydrate your connective tissue (fascia). The first time you MELT® you see and feel a difference!

    MELT® Basics - Learn the basics on how to rehydrate your connective tissue and rebalance your nervous system in this unique workshop. This technique will help you keep your joints in alignment, CORE connected, and remain active and pain-free.

    Pilates Makeover - Tune up your body and build core strength, release persistent tightness, and help realign your body. Learn how to reverse these restrictions to release your tight back, stiff neck or problem knees by building core strength. Feel strength like you never felt before!

    Strength Circuit - Quality of exercise rather than quantity, to strengthen and tone your whole body with specialized foam rollers, resistant bands, and body weight, learn to reintegrate proper movement patterns, and coordination needed to execute traditional exercises and reduce the risk of injury.
