Enjoy private professional instruction and guidance in developing a balanced exercise program that will help you achieve peak physical performance and neuromuscular conditioning while increasing your energy, and reduce the risk of injury.

Step 1:  Assessment and Workout

After completing a background questionnaire and a body systems history, each person is given a postural and body positioning assessment to understand what muscle teams are firing (or not firing) to optimum. Our bodies--above all-- are compensating machines. What does yours tell?

Step 2:  Breath and Core Conditioning

Improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, and confidence---each specialized exercise regime is tailored to you. Cross Training balances out the body. You will use various equipment - Medicine balls, Stability Balls, Free Weight Machines, Pro-Foam Rollers, BOSU trainers and Spinning Bikes help contribute to a healthy and a stable body for a lifetime. The best contributors, however, are 'tried-but-true' techniques---pushups, lunges, and isometric ab work - but rest assured: this is still not your typical training session!!

Step 3:  Let's Get Specific!

Golf or Tennis, Basketball or Swimming, Baseball or Skiing. Any sport or activity to keep you moving for LIFE!!

Agility, strength, conditioning and developing muscle memory and neuromuscular dives are needed to keep your body strong and healthy during and after these rigorous activities.

Using more power and tapping into your natural energies, Core Strength Training, Sport Specific Training and Connective Tissue Restoration and Protection Techniques (*MELT), I will deliver a heart-pumping adrenaline rush that saves you from the dreadful, relentless tedium of "the next ten reps"!.
